Shipping Methods – ROCHA & ROCHA
ROCHA & ROCHA offers various shipping options, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on factors such as the order’s weight, value, and destination region.
Shipping costs are displayed at the time of order registration in the store, during the second step of the shopping cart, considering the following factors:

Selection of Value-Added Services (VAS)
In-Store Pickup
Choosing the “In-Store Pickup” shipping method will not incur any shipping fees.
Home Delivery in the Greater Lisbon Area and the South Bank
Home delivery is available in the following regions:

Greater Lisbon (Lisbon, Odivelas, Loures, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra)

South Bank (Alcochete, Barreiro, Palmela, Moita, Montijo, Setúbal)
For home delivery on a pre-scheduled date, there is a fixed cost of €5. You must select the option "Pickup at Facilities."
For orders over €20, deliveries to the municipalities of Seixal, Almada, and Sesimbra will be free and made by hand. You must select the option "Pickup at Facilities."
Shipping via CTT Expresso to Mainland Portugal
If you choose the “Mainland Portugal - CTT Expresso 48h” or “Mainland Portugal - CTT Expresso 24h” shipping method, orders will be shipped via the CTT Expresso carrier.

CTT Expresso 24h: Delivery is made on the next business day following order dispatch, for orders paid and confirmed by 4:00 PM.

CTT Expresso 48h: Delivery is made on the second business day following order dispatch, for orders paid and confirmed by 4:00 PM.
The prices displayed do not include VAT, which will be applied at the legal rate in force.
For orders over €50, shipping is free. (This applies only to orders shipped within Mainland Portugal.)
Order Shipping Process
The dispatch of an order will be carried out based on the chosen shipping method and only after payment has been confirmed.
Orders will be shipped via CTT Expresso on the same day if placed before 4:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday).
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor delivery updates.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping service and the expected timeframe outlined in the shipping method description.
Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
Only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to the recipient’s absence), the carrier will leave instructions for order pickup.
