✓ In order to avoid food waste due to breaking the cold chain, fresh or frozen products cannot be exchanged or returned.

✓ This exchange and return policy applies to all items that have not been customized (according to customer specifications, for example fresh cod).

✓Fresh and Frozen Products are shipped by carrier in a controlled environment, with delivery time on the next business day. It is considered a business day for orders placed before 12 pm (otherwise it may extend to 2 business days).

✓ Exceptions are products that are not subject to refrigeration. These will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon are considered a working day (otherwise it may be extended to 2 working days).
